How big is a 5 meter Bell Tent? How many people can sleep in a 5 meter Bell Tent? A 5 meter Bell Tent can comfortably sleep up to 6 people in many different sleeping combinations when using luxury queen sized inflatable mattresses. However we can only fit up to 5 luxury adult size single mattresses, or a combination of single and doubles. The possbilities go on... What can be supplied by Camping Made Easy for inside a Bell Tent? Gas camping cooker. Matt at the front door to wipe muddy boots and shoes. Indian rugs as flooring. Low level wooden coffee table (with complete package only). Tea light chandelier giving off both heat and light. Luxury single and queen mattresses (with Egyptian cotton fitted sheet). (We also supply wind a wind up torch and rubber mallet). What bedding do we need to bring? Warm and cosy is key to a wonderful camping experience on a cold night. Recommended: duvet or sleeping bag and pillows, perhaps even nice cosy throws or blankets in case of chilly nights (Egyptian cotton fitted sheets included). Can my friends come and visit me in the Bell Tent? Once you have rented our bell or equipment you are free to use it as your own for the length of hire (within reason). Please keep to campsite regulations and although these are durable tents they are not indestructible so please have the tents best interests at heart and enjoy your holiday! Are the Bell Tents secure? A Bell Tent is as secure as any other tent, however please be careful with your belongings. Camping Made Easy cannot be held liable for your personal possessions while hiring our equipment. Is there anywhere secure to lock away items safely? Some campsites will off this facility (check with campsite before booking). An alternative is to use your car – however Camping Made Easy again cannot be held liable for the loss of any positions. Do the Bell Tents have lighting inside? Tea light chandeliers can be provided (at an extra charge) giving off both heat, light and a beautiful calm ambiance. You are unable to remove this tea light chandelier though from your tent so it is advisable to pack a torch for moving around camp at night (you will also be provided with a wind up torch but please bring extra’s also). Do I need to bring candles for the tea light chandelier? Candles will be provided for each night of your stay. Are Bell Tents soundproof? No! Bell Tents are made of 285g cotton canvas so sound from inside the tents will be muffled but by no means completely covered. Please be mindful of this and young children trying to sleep when staying at Campsites. Are the Bell Tents waterproof? Yes. All our Bell Tents are Deluxe Bell Tents meaning they have a thick and durable ground sheets that are sewn into the side of the tent. This ground sheet also has a 3 inch lip at the side to ensure there are no leaks if the tents are pitched on ground that does not drain easily. What time can I check in/out of Campsites? This depends on the campsite (check before booking) but it is usually in the morning. When will I receive my refunded damage deposit? After each hire we check each tent. If there has been no malicious damage and none of the contents have gone walkies we will refund your deposit as soon as we get back to the office. This sometimes can take up to 3 working days Can we cook within the Bell Tent area?
